1st Floor Conference Lounge - Half Capacity
Capacity up to 40 people.

The partition doors will be drawn across to separate the front and back side of the room. The half capacity space allows for smaller groups, whilst still maintaining the use of the screen and conferencing technology. An internal side door creates access to the Quiet Room, which can be booked additionally to create a separate breakout space.

Relaxing setting for small groups with low seating and three coffee tables. It is often used as an exam room.

Flexible layout with garden access and suitable for a wide range of creative activities. Activity tables available. It is also a popular choice for smaller training sessions and meetings.
Refectory
Capacity up to 48 people

This is where we serve most of the meals and refreshments, although room service is available too. It has a sociable atmosphere and there are plenty of original features from its time as a Manx woollen mill.
